We can provide you complete tool solutions from the edge preparation (milling or specific machining process) of the plate before welding, internal and/or external scarfing, pipe cutting up to pipe end chamfering. Cutting tool solutions for the production of both seamless and welded pipes
CERATIZIT supplies threading inserts for API, GOST and Premium profiles with their associated shim seat and chip breaker for optimized machining processes and chip control thanks to integrated coolant channels. They also supply all ISO and customized inserts necessary to machine the connection from chamfering up to seal finishing. For seamless pipes and couplings, their tools are adapted to different connections such as for example GOST OTTG, API BUTTRESS, EU (External upset) and NU (Non upset) and premium connections.
CERATIZIT can provide tooling systems for all kind of machines like for example four axis machines for high productivity and two axis machines for standard productivity. They offer monoblocs or modular tools with adapted cartridges with different kind of attachment such as square shank, VDI, PSC63, PSC80 and specific attachments. CERATIZIT can also design tailor-made tools and attachments if needed.
